Сan you change the background of the picture?

Yes, in most cases we can find or create a background image. If you need a specific and unique background (for example: a crocodile wearing a funny hat, or a dragon riding a bicycle), we will contact you ASAP and you will be able to upload the image you need to add to the original photo.

Can you buy a background image for me?

No, we do not buy background images for the customers.

What are the requirements for the submitted images?

The quality of retouch depends on the quality of your original photo, so try to upload only high-quality photos. We accept the following formats: JPG, TIFF, PNG, PSD, RAW-format (NEF, CR2, DNG) and others.

What should I know before placing the order?

If the skyline is at an angle of 5° or more we do not align the image without the customer’s request to preserve the composition.

Do you accept images in RAW format?

Yes, we work with almost all formats. It may take more time to create a miniature online, so do not worry if you see a white background instead of a sketch.

What do example (references) mean?

It means that you may upload an additional image for more precise description of your wishes. For example: "Please, make up my cat, like a young lady in the photo."

How long does it take to process an image?

On business days, due to "MINI" plan, it takes up to 1 hour for one photo. "MIDI" and "MAXI" options take 48 hours to perform. If the instructions in the comments to the order are not clear, we will send a confirmation e-mail for clarification. In that case the deadline will be extended for the period needed for the response.

How do I know that the order is ready?

When the order is ready, you will get an email with a link to download the result of our work.

What if I’m not satisfied with the results of the work?

We do our best to satisfy our clients. In case of dissatisfaction, please add your comments, and we will make all the necessary changes for free. If the results still don’t meet you expectations, you may contact our CEO.

Do you assert the rights to my photos and guarantee confidentiality?

Of course, your personal information and images won’t be accessible to the third parties. Photza.com and all our staff adopts the strict privacy policy. We won’t publish your images. You may read more information on our Privacy Policy page.

How should I pay?

You may pay when you submit your order. For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods.

What if I can’t log in to my account?

Please, proceed as follows:

  • Check if your login and password are right.
